Jeans N’ Classics

Jeans ’n Classics is a Canadian music ensemble that bridges the gap between rock and classical music, collaborating with symphony orchestras to create unique, high-energy performances. Founded by musician and arranger Peter Brennan, the group is known for reimagining classic rock, pop, and R&B hits with orchestral arrangements, blending the energy of a rock band with the sophistication of a full symphony.

Jeans ’n Classics has performed across North America, working with major symphonies in cities such as Toronto, Detroit, Nashville, and Atlanta. Their concerts often celebrate legendary artists like Queen, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, and Pink Floyd, drawing fans of both classical and contemporary music

Jeans ’n Classics has a deep-rooted history with Kitchener. The ensemble was originally based in London, Ontario, but has frequently performed with the Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony (KWS) at Centre In The Square. Their performances in Kitchener have been part of KWS’s pops series and later part of Centre In The Square presents, bringing orchestral rock shows to local audiences. These concerts have played a role in expanding the symphony’s audience, attracting music lovers beyond the traditional classical crowd.
